Hello Team Parents, We will be holding a parent meeting and it is important that at least one parent or guardian from each player’s family attends. We will be going over important information for the season, including schedules, tournaments, team expectations, and fundraising. The team fee will be $150 per player.

The team fees will help cover the tournaments we are applying for and other team expenses:
• Team Name Bars (36) – $403.20
• Bateman Tournament (JDF) – $47.25 per player (approx. $850)
• Shark Bite Tournament (Parksville) – $38.90 per player (approx. $700)
• Crosby Tournament (Burnaby) – $54.20 per player (approx. $975)
Each player will receive two sets of name bars:
• Black on white
• White on black
These are for home and away jerseys and will be handed out when the jerseys are distributed.

* There will be 2-3 refs at tbe games
* No cell phones in the change rooms
* Loose stitching for the name bars on the jerseys no iron on
* There might be a slight change in the practice schedule in April
* The league games will start April 11th
in the last game should be June 21
we should be playing 12 to 14 games
* There will be a sign-up sheet for volunteers for the game sheet, the clock/music for all the games
( will be trying to have volunteers sign up in advance for volunteering and not looking for volunteers the day before or the day of )
