I have two players playing on two separate teams with Saanich. Why am I (parent) listed in the roster section on both teams.

When you register your player, make sure to include your contact email as the guardian. It is always best to supply 2 guardians if possible, as they will then both be included in the player profile, and that will affect your app access. If you have a player or a team that is not displaying in your Team App, please reach out to your coach or team manager to be added to the player profile. Why didn't I receive an invitation to my childs team?

It may be that when your child was registered, a second guardian was not included in the registration. That's ok! Your team coach or manager can add your email address to your player's profile, and then the team will display in the app.
